Animal SocietySCAS believes every dog deserves a second chance. Starting from just 12 rescued puppies in 2009, we now provide a safe haven for over 500 dogs in Hulu Langat, Selangor.
From Market to Sanctuary
The society began when a litter of 12 motherless puppies was found at a wet market in Old Klang Road. Unable to turn a blind eye, the founders rescued them.
Today, SCAS operates as a registered NGO with a strict no-kill policy. We rely 100% on public donations to feed, vaccinate, and rehome our furry friends. Our shelter is located on a rented piece of land where volunteers and staff work tirelessly to maintain a clean and loving environment.
