1. Purpose of PURRPLEID

PURRPLEID is a global identity registry designed to record guardians and their pets together as a structured identity record. By registering, you acknowledge that PURRPLEID is:

• Not a government authority
• Not a legal identification system
• Not an insurance provider or licensing body

2. Free Basic Registration

Free registration allows you to create a basic identity record, which includes guardian details, photos, and a timestamped registry entry.

Limitations: Free registration does not include priority position, founding status, verification eligibility, or multi-pet registration.

You confirm that all information submitted is true and accurate. Submitting false information may result in removal from the registry.

3. Optional Priority Upgrade

Priority is an optional, paid upgrade that secures a lifetime position within the registry and founding status.

No Guarantee of Verification: Upgrading to Priority provides eligibility for future phases but does not guarantee verification or endorsement. Verification phases, if introduced, will be governed by separate criteria.

Fees: Priority upgrades are charged as a one-time lifetime fee. There are no recurring subscriptions or renewals.

4. Limitation of Liability

PURRPLEID provides registry services on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or third-party recognition of your registry record.

Priority fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

5. Governance

PURRPLEID operates as a neutral platform aligned with United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and ESG frameworks. Nothing in these Terms implies government endorsement or regulatory approval.
